BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — The Philippine Military Academy will close Fort General Gregorio H. Del Pilar to the general public on Sept. 5 and 6 as it hosts the Baguio City leg of the PMA Entrance Examination 2026, the academy said in an advisory.

According to the advisory, access to the military camp during the two-day examination will be limited to examinees and authorized personnel.

Vehicles accompanying examinees will be allowed only as far as the Fort Del Pilar Elementary School area.

From there, PMA buses will transport examinees to the designated registration and examination venue and return them after the examination.

The academy advised examinees to arrive as early as 7 a.m. to allow sufficient time for registration and transportation to the testing site.

PMA also urged examinees to bring adequate drinking water, meals and snacks, saying concessionaire facilities inside the camp may not be sufficient for the expected number of examinees.

Examinees were likewise advised to bring umbrellas or other appropriate rain protection in case of bad weather.

The examination will be conducted inside Fort Del Pilar, where access restrictions will remain in effect throughout the Sept. 5-6 testing period, the academy said.
