Cordillera celebrates Farmers’ and Fisherfolk’s Month with Paella Gigantes showcase

The Department of Agriculture – Cordillera showcased the region’s version of Paella Gigantes, prepared by local and executive chefs of leading hotels in Manila. This unique dish featured local ingredients such as the Chong-ak heirloom rice, Kiniing (smoked meat), and Pinuneg (blood sausage), which are exclusive to the provinces of the Cordillera region.
