As a photographer with the Baguio City Public Information Office, he was a storyteller at heart, and his love for photography shone through in every frame.
Neil was always willing to support—even the smallest platforms like ours—without hesitation.
We remember him for his dedication to his craft, his generosity, and his quiet willingness to help tell stories for the community.
He left us far too soon. With the passion he carried, we know he could have gone on to create and share even more meaningful stories in the years ahead.
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family—his mother, siblings, his wife, and their 6‑year‑old daughter. May they find strength and comfort in this difficult time.
