Mang Inasal rolls out nationwide Halo-Halo discount days
MANILA — Philippine restaurant chain Mang Inasal will offer its Extra Creamy Halo-Halo at discounted prices nationwide on March 22 and 29, in a move aimed at boosting customer engagement during the summer season.
The company said customers can purchase the 12-ounce dessert for Php39 on March 22 in all its more than 600 stores nationwide, available exclusively for dine-in and takeout.
A week later, on March 29, the same product will be offered for Php49 through delivery channels, including the Mang Inasal mobile app, GrabFood, and foodpanda.
Mang Inasal president Mike V. Castro said the promotion is designed to introduce more customers to the upgraded version of the brand’s best-selling dessert.
“If you haven’t tried the longer lasting creaminess of the new and improved Mang Inasal Extra Creamy Halo-Halo, here is your chance,” Castro said in a statement. “Enjoy this indulgent treat either as a fitting dessert to your Ihaw-Sarap faves or as a refreshing merienda.”
The campaign is part of the company’s #MangInasalCREAMINESS push, highlighting product enhancements that include a milk dusting feature aimed at improving texture and longevity.
The chain also updated its takeaway and delivery packaging to improve presentation and convenience.
The promotion forms part of Mang Inasal’s annual “National Halo-Halo Blowout,” positioned as a customer appreciation initiative tied to the dessert’s continued strong performance in its category.
The company said more summer-related promotions are expected to follow.
