Kojie.san awards ₱1M each to two promo winners
MANILA — Kojie.san awarded two consumers ₱1 million each as it concluded its nationwide Holiday Millionaire promo, highlighting real customer stories behind the skincare brand’s loyalty campaign.
The formal awarding ceremony was held at the headquarters of Beauty Elements Ventures Inc. in Makati City, bringing together company executives, media partners and members of the brand team to recognize the two grand prize winners.
The winners — Patris Ape of Negros Occidental and Kiven Klyde Terania of Negros Oriental — each received ₱1 million in cash, awarded tax-free.
Ape, a college student who has been using Kojie.san products since high school, said she plans to use the prize money to continue her education and help her siblings pursue theirs.
Terania joined the promo after encouragement from his girlfriend, a longtime Kojie.san user.
Having paused his studies to help his father manage their family’s sugarcane farm, he said the winnings will support his parents and help him eventually return to school.
The campaign allowed consumers to participate by submitting receipts from a minimum purchase of Kojie.san products.
Participants were also eligible for instant prizes including GCash credits, online shopping vouchers and Kojie.san product bundles.
According to marketing director Nikki Filio, the campaign was designed to reward long-time consumers whose everyday routines already include the brand.
“At its core, Kojie.san has always been a brand built on real, visible results,” Filio said, adding that the promo aimed to transform daily product use into “something more meaningful” through tangible rewards.
In keeping with the company’s commitment to transparency, Filio said the company covered the prize tax so winners could receive the full amount.
“Our CEO and president, Jazz Burila, always reminds us that if you say something, you’ve got to deliver,” she said. “When we promised a million, we wanted them to hold exactly that in their hands.”
Over the years, Kojie.san — known for its kojic acid-based skin lightening soap — has built a strong consumer following in the Philippines and overseas markets.
The Holiday Millionaire promo, the company said, reflects the brand’s broader effort to strengthen relationships with consumers beyond advertising, focusing on consistency, authenticity and delivering on promises.
“As Kojie.san continues to expand, we remain focused on celebrating and rewarding the consumers who have supported the brand through the years,” Filio said.
