LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – The Police Regional Office – Cordillera (PRO-CAR) congratulates PLTCOL Daniel F. Pel-ey, the Acting Chief of the Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit of Abra Police Provincial Office, on his promotion to the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel.
The promotion was formally recognized during the Oath-Taking and Donning of Ranks Ceremony held at the PRO-CAR Log Cabin, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, on June 24, 2024.
The program highlights included the reading of the promotion order by PCOL Arnold D. Razote, Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division; the blessing of the rank insignias and accouterments by Regional Pastoral Officer Rev. Fr. (PMAJ) Alexander V. Pardo; and the oath-taking and donning of ranks for PLTCOL Pel-ey, administered by PRO-CAR Regional Director PBGEN David K. Peredo Jr.
Also present during the ceremony were the family and friends of PLTCOL Pel-ey; the Deputy Regional Director for Operations and Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Regional Director for Administration, PCOL Elmer E. Ragay; the Chief Regional Staff, PCOL Julio S. Lizardo; the Regional Staff; the Chiefs of the Regional Support Units; and other PRO-CAR personnel.
In his message, PBGEN Peredo, Jr. congratulated the newly promoted Police Lieutenant Colonel for his well-deserved promotion and acknowledged the steadfast support of his family, which played a pivotal role in his success.
Additionally, the Regional Director also emphasized the importance of public servants carrying themselves with dignity and upholding the responsibilities that come with their roles.
