A dishonest old political anecdote tells:
POLITICIAN: If you vote for me, I will build an AIRPORT, BRIDGE, CANAL, HIGHWAY, OVERPASS, PARK, PLAZA, and ROAD for you!
VOTER: Sir, is there a need to build BRIDGE for us? We have NO BROOK or RIVER to bridge!
POLITICIAN: Oh, that’s not a problem! I will build a BROOK and a RIVER for you!
THE CONTINUING WRONG POINT? Even if we keep BUILDING or CONSTRUCTING airports, bridges, canals, highways, hospitals, houses, malls, parks, plazas, or roads, etc., if we are BORROWING the FUNDS to build or construct them, if we DO NOT KNOW HOW TO EARN the SUFFICIENT INCOME to BUILD or CONSTRUCT them, but we DEPEND on OTHER NATIONS by BORROWING from them, if we DO NOT KNOW HOW to EARN or RAISE FUNDS to finance OUR NEEDS by and through MANUFACTURE and SALE of our own SCIENTIFIC, TECHNOLOGICAL and or TECHNICAL products and or tools, if we do not have sufficient BRILLIANT, EXPERT or SKILLFUL SCIENTIFIC, TECHNOLOGICAL or TECHNICAL MEN and WOMEN to BUILD, CONSTRUCT or MANUFACTURE our NEEDS or TOOLS enough for us and FOR SALE to the world, our country will REMAIN POOR and DEPENDENT on other nations which provide FUNDS earned from selling their SCIENTIFIC or TECHNICAL LABOR, PRODUCTS, SUPPLIES or TOOLS.
And we will always be BURIED IN DEBT to them.
THE CORRECT REMEDY? Unless or until we can CREATE, DEVELOP, MAKE, MANUFACTURE, or PRODUCE our own airplanes, arms, boats, books, cars or flying cars, computers, construction materials or tools, jets, foods, medicines, movies, missiles, phones, radios, rocket ships, ships, televisions, tractors, vaccines, weapons, or other modern vital equipment, gadgets, tools or needs FOR OURSELVES and FOR SALE to OTHER NATIONS, we will REMAIN a POOR and a DEPENDENT NATION.
And we will always be the DEPENDENTS or the SLAVES of other nations that can MAKE, MANUFACTURE, or PRODUCE their EQUIPMENT, FOODS, GADGETS, TOOLS or NEEDS with great SURPLUS for SALE to us.
THE REAL NEED? What we REALLY NEED is EDUCATIONAL REVOLUTION, SCIENTIFIC REVOLUTION, TECHNOLOGICAL REVOLUTION, or TECHNICAL REVOLUTION in the CREATION, DEVELOPMENT, MAKING, MANUFACTURING or PRODUCTION of our own EQUIPMENT, FOODS, GADGETS, MEDICINES, TOOLS or NEEDS to match up with the ADVANCEMENT OF THE UNIVERSE!
If we lack the SUFFICIENT EDUCATION on SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY, we will remain DEPENDENT, POOR and SLAVE of other nations with ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE on SCIENCE and TECHNOLOGY.
