LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – PRO Cordillera acting chief of the Regional Information and Communications Technology Management Division Vivian B. Paclibon was promoted to a full-fledged Police Colonel on Monday, March 4, 2024 at the PRO Cordillera Log Cabin in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet.
The ceremony was highlighted by the reading of the promotion order by the Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division, PCOL Arnold D. Razote.
This was followed by the blessing of the rank insignias and accouterments led by the Regional Pastoral Officer, Rev. Fr. (PMAJ) Alexander V. Pardo.
The oath-taking and donning of ranks were administered by the PRO Cordillera Regional Director, PBGEN David K. Peredo, Jr.
Family, friends, members of the PNPA Class “Magilas” 2000, and other PRO Cordillera personnel were present to witness the momentous occasion.
In his message, PBGEN Peredo, Jr. congratulated PCOL Paclibon on her outstanding achievement and emphasized the importance of patience and timing to the PRO Cordillera cops awaiting their own promotions.
Expressing her gratitude, PCOL Paclibon acknowledged the steadfast support of the Regional Director, the members of the PNPA Class “Magilas” 2000, the personnel of PRO Cordillera, and her family in helping her reach this career milestone.
