
MANILA, Philippines — Gaming content creator and artist Sophy Mapua has officially signed with NYMA Talent Management, joining an impressive roster that includes:

Sophy began her journey as a DOTA fan before creating gaming content in 2020. Since then, she has expanded into presenting, hosting, casting, and working with various gaming and esports organizations. Notably, she hosted the 2023 DPC Southeast Asian Winter Tour.
Her streams cover a wide variety of genres, including open-world adventures, action titles, shooters, multiplayer battle games, social simulations, and indie favorites.
Popular games on her channel include DOTA, Hollow Knight: Silksong, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Resident Evil, Elden Ring, Marvel Rivals, Monster Hunter Wilds, Celeste, Sword of the Sea, Kingdom Hearts, Mass Effect, Genshin Impact, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and Disney Dreamlight Valley.
In addition to streaming, Sophy is also an artist. She explores painting, crocheting, sticker design, and even Lego building, making her content relatable to audiences who enjoy both gaming and creativity.
With more than 220,000 followers, Sophy is fast establishing herself as a rising name in the gaming creator space.
Her signing comes at a pivotal time. According to Niko Partners, the Southeast Asian gaming market is projected to reach 332 million gamers and generate nearly USD 7 billion in revenue by 2028. Content creators like Sophy are expected to play a central role in shaping this growth.
