SEC cautions public on investment risks posed by flagged entities

The Securities and Exchange Commission has advised the public against dealing with the following entities due to their unauthorized solicitation of investments without the necessary license from the Commission:

  1. R&T LIFESTYLE TRENDS INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED
  2. BADETH’S FOODHOUSE
  3. ROBINSON COMPANY
  4. SOAO, SOAO TECHNOLOGY, SOAO-TECHNOLOGY. LTD. ADVERTISING OPC, SOAO ENERGY and SOAO GROUP
  5. AMERICA MALL-PH
  6. REVEAL
  7. CAMACHO PACKAGING SUPPLIES OPC/CAMACHO TRADING/CAMACHO PACKAGING SUPPLIES TRADING

According to the Commission, some of these groups’ investment schemes or actions resemble a pyramid/Ponzi scheme, where investors earn through recruitment fees instead of the sale of actual products/services, and investors are paid using the contribution of new members.
