BAGUIO CITY, Philippines – Feb. 26, 2026 — Samsung Electronics on Thursday introduced its latest wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Galaxy Buds4, touting improved active noise cancellation, enhanced adaptive sound tuning and a redesigned ergonomic fit.

The South Korean technology giant said the new Galaxy Buds4 series combines upgraded hardware and software innovations aimed at delivering premium hi-fi audio while improving all-day comfort.

For the first time, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro features a wider woofer designed to increase the effective speaker area by nearly 20% compared with the previous generation, without enlarging the earbud body.

The company said the redesign maximizes vibration space and minimizes the speaker’s edge, resulting in deeper bass and clearer treble.

The Buds4 Pro supports 24-bit/96kHz audio playback and uses a two-way speaker system positioned to enhance Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) performance while reducing wind interference and feedback.

Samsung also upgraded its Adaptive ANC and Adaptive EQ technologies, enabling the earbuds to analyze users’ ear shapes and wearing conditions in real time.

The system automatically adjusts frequency output and noise-canceling algorithms to maintain balanced sound in changing environments, such as public transit or busy outdoor areas.

The Galaxy Buds4 series introduces what Samsung calls a “computational design” approach, based on analysis of hundreds of millions of global ear data points and more than 10,000 simulations.

The result is a slimmer, blade-style design with smaller earbud heads aimed at improving stability and comfort.

The Buds4 Pro adopts a canal-fit structure for immersive audio, while the standard Buds4 offers an open-fit design intended for lighter, everyday use.

Both models are available in white and black matte finishes, with an online-exclusive pink gold option for the Pro variant.

Samsung said the earbuds also deepen integration within its Galaxy ecosystem. Users can activate AI assistants — including Bixby, Google Gemini and Perplexity — through hands-free voice controls.

The Buds4 Pro additionally supports head gesture controls for managing calls and interacting with voice assistants without touching a device.

The company said setup is simplified for Galaxy users, allowing automatic pairing upon opening the charging case, without requiring installation of the Galaxy Wearable app.

The Galaxy Buds4 series will launch alongside the Galaxy S26 lineup.

Pre-orders begin in select markets on Feb. 26, with general availability starting March 11.

In the Philippines, the Galaxy Buds4 Pro is priced at Php 14,990, while the Galaxy Buds4 retails for Php 11,490.

Samsung said the new earbuds reflect its focus on combining high-end audio performance with everyday wearability as competition intensifies in the premium wireless audio segment.
