BAGUIO CITY — The Rotary Club of Baguio, under District 3790, partnered with the Rotary Club of Wonju, South Korea, from District 3730, to conduct a clothes-giving activity at the Post Office Park on December 11, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The initiative highlighted the continuing collaboration between the two districts, which have built ties through service projects and cultural exchanges.

Members of both clubs, along with local volunteers, distributed jackets, sweaters, and children’s clothing to residents in need, offering warmth during Baguio’s cold December weather.

Organizers emphasized that the event was not only a donation drive but also a symbol of Rotary’s international fellowship.

The partnership between District 3790 and District 3730 reflects Rotary’s mission to connect communities across borders in service and goodwill.

Beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the assistance, noting that the clothes would help them prepare for the holiday season and the colder months ahead.

The Post Office Park provided a central, accessible venue, where families gathered to select items with the help of volunteers.

The clothes-giving activity adds to the Rotary Club of Baguio’s roster of community service projects, while reinforcing its international partnership with District 3730 in South Korea.

Both clubs signaled their intent to continue collaborative efforts in the coming year, focusing on programs that address local needs while strengthening global solidarity.
