BAGUIO CITY — John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) President and CEO Manjit T. Singh Reandi rolled out a full slate of Christmas activities and 2026 development programs, highlighting accomplishments since his appointment in April 2025.

Reandi, who was named JHMC President and CEO by Malacañang on April 7, 2025, has since steered the corporation toward sustainable development, cultural promotion, and investor engagement.

He received the Nation Builder Award later that month, signed agreements for an electric shuttle loop service in June, and strengthened collaboration with Poro Point Management Corporation in October.

Reflecting on his leadership approach, Reandi said:
“We engage with the community to know more from them what we can do about the development of John Hay. We want to get as much feedback because doon kami matututo and we want fairness, so we are open to everyone. Gusto naming maramdaman nila na meron tayong maganda at effective management.”

Reandi outlined several projects to be completed or launched next year:

• Bamboo Grove — a tranquil retreat among pine trees.
• Viewdeck and Skywalk — new vantage points for visitors.
• Yoga Park — targeted for launch by early January 2026.
• Farmers Market — highlighting local produce and community participation.

Open Spaces and Visitor Reminders
Open spaces remain under JHMC’s stewardship, serving as venues for cultural events, leisure activities, and environmental programs.

Reandi reminded visitors to use garbage bins responsibly, noting they are properly labeled and placed in conspicuous areas, and to observe speed limits while driving inside the camp.
