New OIC assumes leadership at Lubuagan Municipal Police Station

LUBUAGAN, Kalinga — The Lubuagan Municipal Police Station welcomed its new Officer-in-Charge, PCPT Dindo B. Salming, in a solemn Turnover of Command Ceremony that took place at the Lubuagan Eco Tour gym, Barangay Poblacion, Lubuagan, Kalinga, on September 5, 2023.

The transition of leadership was orchestrated under the able guidance of PCOL Freddie M. Lazona, the Officer-in-Charge of Kalinga Police Provincial Office (PPO), and witnessed by Atty. James Tagaotao, the administrative officer of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Lubuagan.

Outgoing OIC, PLT Aurelio G. Paplonot, handed over the symbolic inventory book and unit flag to the newly appointed OIC, PCPT Salming, signifying the formal transition of authority and responsibility.

PLT Paplonot’s exemplary service and dedication were duly acknowledged and celebrated during the ceremony.

In his acceptance message, PCPT Salming expressed gratitude for the trust placed in him and recognized the valuable advocacies and leadership of his predecessor, PLT Paplonot.

He pledged to continue and uphold the legacy left by PLT Paplonot, emphasizing his unwavering commitment to serving the municipality of Lubuagan.
