BAGUIO CITY – The Baguio City Council has officially adopted Resolution No. 190, Series of 2024, confirming the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the city government of Baguio and ActiveOne Health Inc.
This agreement paves the way for an exclusive online mental health status survey aimed at city government employees.
This decision follows the authorization granted through Resolution No. 693, Series of 2023, empowering Mayor Benjamin Magalong to engage in a MOA with ActiveOne Health Inc.
The city council deliberated on Mayor Magalong’s letter dated March 11, 2024, seeking confirmation of the agreement between the two parties for this purpose.
According to the approved measure, the MOA aims to identify key stressors and levels of anxiety among city government employees.
The insights gathered will serve as the foundation for developing intervention programs aimed at enhancing employee well-being and improving the delivery of public services.
“The MOA is seen to determine key stressors and levels of anxiety among city government employees that can serve as the basis for identifying possible intervention programs that can result in an improved discharge of functions and better delivery of public services,” the approved measure stated.
Following a recommendation from the city council’s Committee on Laws, Human Rights, and Justice in its second endorsement dated March 19, 2024, the confirmation of the MOA was duly approved.
