Baguio Police arrest man wanted for child abuse charges

BAGUIO CITY — A 34-year-old man, tagged as the 7th Top Most Wanted Person in the City Level, was
apprehended by Baguio police in Lower Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City, on the afternoon of September 21, 2024.

Collaboration among operatives of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Police Station 3 and other police units has been made to affect the Warrant of Arrest of the accused.

He faces serious allegations of child abuse, including Lascivious Conduct under Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, and four case of Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 366 of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to RA 7610.
