New Officer-in-Charge assumes role at Tanudan MPS
TANUDAN, Kalinga — In a dignified ceremony marking the transition of leadership, PCPT Florand O. Sim officially took the reins as the new Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Tanudan Municipal Police Station (MPS) in the province of Kalinga.
The Turnover of Command Ceremony was conducted under the administration of PCOL Freddie M. Lazona, the Officer-in-Charge of Kalinga Police Provincial Office (PPO), and unfolded on September 1, 2023.
The Turnover Ceremony was held at Sitio Banagao, Barangay Poblacion, Tanudan, Kalinga, and attended by various dignitaries, including Hon. Jaedickie Rhoss P. Dagadag, the Mayor of Tanudan, and distinguished police officers from the Kalinga PPO.
Outgoing OIC, PCPT Celina E. Pinading, handed over the symbolic inventory book and unit flag to PCPT Sim, signifying the formal transfer of responsibility and leadership.
PCPT Pinading had diligently served in her role, and her contributions were acknowledged and celebrated during the ceremony.
In his acceptance message, the newly appointed OIC, PCPT Sim, expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and recognized the advocacies and exceptional leadership of his predecessor, PCPT Pinading.
He pledged to continue and build upon the legacy left by PCPT Pinading, ensuring the continued safety and security of the community.
