RCADD chief addresses key topics at Police Community Relations Conference
QUEZON CITY — PRO Cordillera Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD) chief Byron B. Tegui-in participated in the First Police Community Relations Family Conference CY 2023 held at PNP Multi-Purpose Center, Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City, on September 5, 2023.

The conference was attended by distinguished representatives of the Philippine National Police (PNP) including Police Community Relations Directorate deputy director Amor Arnel B. Libed; the DPCR Command Group; the PCADG Command Group; the Chiefs of RCADD from the different Police Provincial Offices; and representatives from the National Operational Support Units.

During the activity, PCOL Tegui-in presented the preparations of PRO Cordillera for the forthcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2023.

Other topics discussed were the PNP’s Help and Food Bank program, the initiatives for the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay (R-PSB), the significance of Cultural Tolerance, the strategies for improving Media Relations, and the introduction of Uniform Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) parameters.

Further, the participants presented their workshop outputs and recommendations, followed by an open forum.

This event served as a platform to equip PNP officers with the knowledge and strategies to effectively serve the community and enhance police-community relations.
