A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS. Baguio City Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, along with City Engineer Victor Olpindo, Engr. Richard Lardizabal, barangay officials of Barangay Lualhati, and contractors, hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the newly constructed waiting shed and loading/unloading area on July 7, 2023 at Lualhati barangay.
